Possibly. I t’ s a 5 hour drive for me and I’m not super keen on visiting Detroit but if there are good driving roads I might be down.

The small mouth fishing under this bridge is awesome. Weightless worm with no bobber works great.
I am in for an Oppo run. We are on the west side of the state now.

I shouldn’t play any real role in deciding against it, because it’s not all that likely I can make the trip, but I’d much rather go driving somewhere scenic. I can’t race karts with my bad back.

Actually yes. Not saying its the best route, but when I lived that way its the drive I’d do every once in a while.

TBH “up north” seems your style. A bit further but then you can do the woods and the Silver Lake sand dunes aren’t far away.

The dunes seem appealing except for the crowds. Need to figure out when I can go without the accompanying masses.
